Taylor Swift fans without tickets to her upcoming London Eras Tour shows have been asked not to congregate outside the concert venue.

The Swiftie practice known as “Tay Gating” on social media, which sees fans unable to get into the singer’s shows gather outside venues to listen to their favorite songs, is not allowed at Swift’s next five concerts on London’s Wembley Stadium, where she returns to perform. Thursday, August 15.

A note on the venue’s website says: ‘Wembley Stadium is located in a residential area. We ask that only those with tickets or those visiting our mega merchandise store come to the stadium to avoid disruption to local residents and businesses.”

“To support the safe entry and exit of everyone from the stadium, no one is allowed to stand outside any entrance or on the Olympic Steps at the front of the stadium.”

The venue added that those without tickets to the show would “be moved on”.
