Wrightwood to hold 30th annual Classic Car Show Aug. 17 – San Bernardino Sun

The mountain town of Wrightwood will host its 30th annual Classic Car Show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, August 17.

The show features American-made vehicles dating from the 1920s to 1975, including rods, customs, classics, coupes, muscle cars, trucks and special interest cars, according to a news release. The vehicles will be set up in and around downtown Wrightwood.

Those who have not pre-registered but wish to enter vehicles in the show can register from 7am on the day of the show. Registration is $50 per vehicle, preferably payable in cash. Checks will not be accepted.

During the event, Modd Rodds plays hits from the 1950s to the 1970s and there will be a food and merchandise area. Trophy presentations are planned from 10:00am to 3:00pm and there will be a 50/50 cash drawing and raffle.

Vendors in the Community Building parking lot will offer food, desserts, clothing, jewelry, San Bernardino County resources, health services and more.

The Wrightwood Chamber of Commerce is hosting the event and sponsors include Fox 106.5 Classic Rock, UIA Ultimate Fiber, Ontario Hyundai, Wrightwood Fine Foods and Reid’s Garage Doors.
