Shilpa Tulaskar has stepped in to play Gautam Singh Vig’s mother in the upcoming show

According to an insider on the show, legendary actress Shilpa Tulaskar would play the role of Gautam’s mother in the production.

MUMBAI: GEC Television Networks produced innovative news programs on a regular basis. Agnikund, the name of a new show, is about to debut. BT previously exclusively revealed that Gautam Singh Vig and Akshita Mudgal have been cast as the stars of the series. According to an insider on the show, legendary actress Shilpa Tulaskar would play the role of Gautam’s mother in the production.

The actress is well known in Marathi and Hindi film industry. He has worked on major television and film productions. Besides Shilpa, a fresh face will be introduced as a parallel lead in the show. In the show, Harish Sharma will play Gautam’s younger brother. The source also revealed details regarding the show, saying that the story will focus on politics and that the shooting will begin soon in Jammu.

Gautam, who starred in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2, will be collaborating with Rashmi Sharma’s production company for the second time. Television programs in which Gautam has made appearances include Naamkarann, Ishq Subhan Allah, Tantra, Pinjara Khubsurti Ka, Agni Vayu and Juniooniyatt.

Gautam, on choosing between television shows and films, said, “I go with the flow. Most of us eventually aspire to get into movies, but I’ll keep my options open until I land a substantial role. I am realistic about not having more opportunities to make a mark in Bollywood, so I am patiently waiting until I get a good project. I owe my success to television and I will always hold it in high regard. Television serves as a workshop and I continue to accept TV shows to improve my skills and improve myself. Acting is a performance art and without regular performances, growth is limited.”

Gautam has been a part of shows like Yeh Moh Moh Ke Dhaagey, Half Marriage, Mitegi Laxman Rekha, Ishq Par Zor Nahi and Iss Mod Se Jaate Hain. She was last seen in Tulsidham Ke Laddu Gopal.
