The Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 are now half off on Amazon

There are many wireless headphones on the market, but few come in at half their regular price on Amazon. But the Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 does! These high-end headphones have some quirks, which is why not everyone would be ready to pay $280 for them. With Amazon’s 50% (or $140) discount, though, they’re a sensible choice.

At the outset, we should note that we saw them at slightly better prices about three weeks ago. At the time, Amazon sold them at a discounted price of $145. That means their current price is the second best we’ve seen in 2024. Certainly not as refined as Sony’s high-end models, the former MOMENTUM 3 flagships are still a good choice for users. They offer excellent passive isolation and have solid ANC performance. With that said, they’re far from the smallest in-ear headphones out there, which means some users may not find them as comfortable as options like, say, the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro.

In terms of sound quality, these puppies offer you a pleasant frequency response. You can expect a slight emphasis on bass and treble, although vocals can sound a little quiet at times (not annoyingly quiet, though).

Ultimately, if you like bass, you’ll be mostly happy with what Sennheiser headphones give you out of the box. And if not, you always have the option to adjust the sound to your taste through the EQ settings.

How long? According to Sennheiser, the MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 offers up to seven hours of use per charge, or up to 28 hours of listening time with the wireless charging case. While that’s not a bad result (even if it’s stretching the truth a bit), Sony’s latest flagship model, the WF-1000XM5, offers an extra hour of playback on a single charge with ANC.
