State leaders, families celebrate Outdoors for All Day in Pittsburgh

“Everyone recreated together, whether it was just hanging out and talking by the water, having a picnic, giggling and laughing together, that’s what ‘Outdoors for All’ is all about,” said Conservation Department Director and Natural Resources DEI, Arlene. Marshall-Hockensmith.

Officials hope to make the day an annual celebration.
